For over 18 years, I've worked across product marketing strategy and branding — for early‑stage startups and fast‑moving businesses where organisation, information, and decision‑making mattered every single day. But outside work, life looked very different.
Like many people today, I wasn't just managing work deadlines. I was also managing a toddler's vaccination records, my parents' medical documents, school circulars buried in WhatsApp groups, insurance papers saved "somewhere" in my gallery, warranties, IDs, bills, prescriptions — the endless flow of important information modern life quietly depends on.
Every app expected me to behave like an archivist — naming files, creating folders, organising life perfectly. But real life doesn't work that way. Especially in India, where important information still lives across paper documents, camera rolls, PDFs, WhatsApp forwards, emails, and memory.
I didn't build Eidetic as another productivity app or "AI tool." I built it because I wanted something that worked the way people actually live. Something where I could simply click a document once — and never worry about finding it again.

Storage is solved. The unsolved problem is finding the document you need at the moment you need it. We optimise for retrieval, not capacity.
Your documents stay on your phone, encrypted by Android Keystore. The engine never leaves your device. Cloud backup is available on paid tiers — opt-in, never forced.
You decide a document matters and you click it. From that moment on, you don't tag, sort, or search. You just ask.
Eidetic never invents. Every answer is grounded in something you actually saved. If we don't know, we say so.
Your documents will never train a model, will never be sold, will never fund advertising. We make money only from people who choose to pay us.
