Step 01 / Click it

See it. Click it. Done.

Open Eidetic, point your phone at any document, and tap the shutter. That's it. Electricity bill, prescription, visiting card, school circular, rent agreement — if it matters, one click is all it takes.

Already have a photo? Import from your gallery. Have a PDF? Upload it. WhatsApp forward? Eidetic receives it automatically if you've connected WhatsApp.

Add a voice note as you click — "This is for the insurance claim" or "Papa ka prescription, February hospital visit." Eidetic attaches the context to the document and uses it to answer more precisely later.

"I clicked it once. I'll never have to hunt for it again."
Dr. Mehta — Prescription
Step 02 / Ask it

Ask the way you actually think.

Type or speak your question — in English or Hindi — exactly the way it comes to you. "What was the dosage Dr. Mehta gave?" "Meri LIC policy kab mature hogi?" "Landlord ka number kya tha?"

You don't need to remember which document has the answer. You don't need to search, scroll, or filter. Eidetic reads every document you've ever clicked and answers directly from the right one.

Every answer includes a citation. Tap it to open the original document and verify the answer yourself.

"I didn't have to remember where I filed it. I just asked."
What's my seat on the Delhi flight?

What's my car insurance due date?
Your HDFC Ergo car insurance renews on 14 June 2026. Premium last paid: ₹12,450.
Step 03 / Do it

Found it. Now act on it.

When an answer has a date, Eidetic offers to add it to Google Calendar in one tap. When it has a number or document worth sharing, tap to send it on WhatsApp or email — to a family member, a colleague, or yourself.

Open the original document directly from within the app. Share the answer without the attachment. Set a reminder for any date mentioned in any document.

Found is just the beginning. Eidetic connects what you know to what you need to do next.

"Mummy asked for the report. I shared it in one tap."

Under the hood

What Eidetic is actually doing.

When you click a document, three things happen — fast, precisely, and only the relevant snippet ever leaves your phone.

When you click

Reads & understands

Eidetic extracts the text — typed or handwritten — using a vision model. It identifies what kind of document it is, who issued it, key dates, names, numbers, and fields. Everything important is indexed.

When you ask

Finds the right document

Your question is matched against every document you've saved — using a combination of meaning-based search and keyword matching. The right document surfaces in milliseconds, even from thousands of memories.

When it answers

Reads the source, not its memory

Eidetic doesn't guess. It reads the actual document and returns the exact answer. If it's uncertain or multiple documents could match, it tells you — and asks which you mean.

Common questions

Things people wonder before they try it.

Does it work on handwriting?
Yes — including doctor's prescriptions and hand-filled forms. Quality depends on the source; Eidetic flags low-confidence scans so you can re-capture them before you need the answer in a hurry.
What if I ask about something I haven't saved?
Eidetic answers only from documents you've clicked. If nothing matches, it says so — and suggests trying a different keyword or re-asking with more context. It never makes things up.
Is it private? Who can see my documents?
Only you — or, if you've set up a Family Vault, the people you've chosen to share it with. Everything is stored on your phone, encrypted. Nothing is uploaded to any server without your action. Your documents never train any AI model. Read the full privacy policy →
Do I need internet to use it?
Yes, for clicking and asking — both use cloud language models. Your library is always available offline to browse. Internet is only needed at the moment of capture and at the moment of asking.
What happens to the document after I click it?
The image and extracted data live on your device, encrypted. When you ask a question, only the relevant section of the document is sent to the AI model — never your full vault, never your email address alongside document content.
